2. What we process and why

• Purchases. When you buy a guide, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. processes your name, email, payment details and billing address to complete the payment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We receive your email, the amount and the product bought, and store the Stripe transaction reference for accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Delivery email. Your download links are sent by email through Resend, Inc. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Download links. Links contain a signed reference to your purchase and an expiry date so that only buyers can download the files.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider stores IP address, time, requested page and browser for security and error analysis for a short period (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Advertising measurement. Only if enabled and with your consent, we use the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure whether ads and videos lead to purchases (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Recipients and transfers

Stripe, Resend, our hosting provider, and where enabled TikTok and Meta. Some providers process data in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Purchase records are kept for the statutory retention period (up to 10 years). Download links expire automatically. Log data is deleted after a few weeks.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. Write to support@craite.de. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

6. Cookies

The shop itself sets no tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies needed for fraud prevention during checkout. Advertising pixels, if enabled, set cookies only after consent.
